Congratulations to our Super Stars!

Samba supremos!!

What a brilliant time we had at G-Live yesterday.  Our Year 4 Samba band did us proud.  They stood on the stage in front of a packed audience and played so professionally (and loud!).  A wonderful opportunity for them and they were great ambassadors for the school.

Our thanks to Mr Chambers at the RGS and 'Samba Mike' for making it all possible and to Mr Keeble for his hard work teaching and supporting the children.

Year 3 and 4 Cross Country

Well done to all the boys and girls who braved the cold and very muddy conditions yesterday to participate in the Cross Country race.  A tough course and they all did so well.  Congratulations to Imogen for coming 3rd and to Jack who came 4th (following a muddy fall!).

Head teacher award winners

Many congratulation's to this half term's winners.  They should be very proud of this award - their teachers are so impressed with their attitude and progress this term.

And to Nathan!

Bouncing success!

On Sunday Max (Year 6) did a competition for the regional championships that will take place on 4th March.  He competed in DMT (Double Mini Trampoline) in which he came 1st and Trampolining in which he came 2nd.  As he achieved above the qualifying score, Max is through to these championships in March, which is for the English championships in Birmingham.

Brilliant work Max!

Match of the Day!

Well done to our Year 4 footballers who showed real determination this afternoon in their tournament at Send.  We came joint 4th and more importantly received the award for showing RESPECT.

Thank you to Mr Keeble for organising the event and to all the family and friends who braved the freezing conditions to cheer on the boys!
