Christmas hampers and non-uniform day

Yesterday, your child should have come home with Christmas Hamper tickets. Please sell these to as many people as possible to raise funds for our school. Ticket stubs and monies should be returned to the school office in a named envelope marked "Christmas hampers". The raffle will be drawn on the evening of 18th December, after the Year 5/6 Christmas service.

A reminder that this Thursday is a non-uniform day at Bushy Hill, where your child can wear their own clothes in exchange for bringing in an item for the Christmas hampers. Thank you to all those parents who have already signed up in the reception entrance area for the item they are going to donate. There will be boxes outside school on Thursday morning where your child can place their item.

For those unable to drop in to school, or if you have not signed up yet, here are some of the items for each class that haven't been claimed.

Jay: sparkling wine; toiletries; Christmas magazine

Emu: list complete; anything else appreciated!

Lark: white wine; Christmas decorations; crackers; cheese biscuits; mini xmas pudding; magazine

Hawk: crackers; magazine

Swift: sparkling wine; magazine

Finch: sparkling wine; decorations; toiletries; crackers; sweet or cheese biscuits; Yule log; sweets; magazine

Parrot: red wine; decorations; crackers; Yule log

Toucan: red or white wine; mince pies; decorations; chocolate coins; crackers; mini Xmas pudding; Yule log; sweets; magazine

The hampers certainly look like they'll be well worth winning!

I'm sure that any items on the list will be appreciated. Thankyou.
